A new Factur-X tab to monitor everything
A centralized space presents all Factur-X invoices with:
- the invoice reference;
- the electronic profile used;
- the result of local business checks;
- The generation status of the Factur-X document.
- the date of the last generation;
- Direct access to each invoice.
This gives you a real management view, much more practical
than simple error messages displayed invoice by invoice.
Visible checks before generation
Before producing the final document, the module checks the essential
information available in Dolibarr: company, customer, VAT, invoice lines, totals,
payment terms and bank details.
Anomalies are presented clearly so that you immediately know what needs to
be completed or corrected.
Simplified generation and download
- Generation or regeneration of the Factur-X document from the invoice.
- Automatic generation possible after creation of the Dolibarr PDF.
- Direct download of document PDF/A-3.
- Separate download of the CII XML file.

Prerequisites
- Dolibarr 20.0 or higher.
- Legal and tax information of the company completed.
- Full billing contact information for customers.
- Bank account set up when bank transfer payment is used.
