Invoice Engine transforms Dolibarr into a true European e-invoicing engine.
From your existing invoices and credit notes, the module generates structured documents in the main formats used in Europe:
- UBL EN 16931;
- Peppol BIS Billing 3;
- CII IN 16931;
- Factur-X EN 16931.
You thus have a single engine to produce electronic invoices adapted to your customers, partners, platforms and future electronic invoicing connectors in France and in the rest of Europe.
Invoice Engine automatically retrieves the information present in Dolibarr: seller, customer, addresses, tax IDs, lines, discounts, taxes, totals, currency, payments, references and attachments.
The module also supports the main European VAT situations: standard or reduced rate, exemption, reverse charge, intra-community supply, export and out-of-scope operation.
The other Dolibarr modules can use its public API to retrieve a standardized invoice template or directly request the generation of an electronic document. Invoice Engine can thus serve as a common basis for an electronic invoicing module, a Peppol connector or a dematerialization platform.
