From your existing invoices and credit notes, the module generates structured documents in the main formats used in Europe:<\/p>\n
You thus have a single engine to produce electronic invoices adapted to your customers, partners, platforms and future electronic invoicing connectors in France and in the rest of Europe.<\/p>\n
Invoice Engine automatically retrieves the information present in Dolibarr: seller, customer, addresses, tax IDs, lines, discounts, taxes, totals, currency, payments, references and attachments.<\/p>\n
The module also supports the main European VAT situations: standard or reduced rate, exemption, reverse charge, intra-community supply, export and out-of-scope operation.<\/p>\n
The other Dolibarr modules can use its public API to retrieve a standardized invoice template or directly request the generation of an electronic document. Invoice Engine can thus serve as a common basis for an electronic invoicing module, a Peppol connector or a dematerialization platform. <\/p>\n
Invoice Engine centralizes the production of electronic formats to avoid developing a different generator for each connector, platform or country.<\/p>\n\n
