Recipients<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Akyras in-house team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosting providers (Hetzner \u2013 EU).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment providers: <strong>Stripe<\/strong> and <strong>PayPal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank synchronization provider: <strong>GoCardless<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical subcontractors (maintenance, transactional emails).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Transfers outside the EU<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) may transfer data outside the EU. In this case, guarantees in accordance with the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Shield if reactivated) are put in place. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Data Security<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akyras implements technical and organisational measures:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Systematic encryption (LUKS, rclone crypt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced authentication (2FA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logical customer silos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic monitoring and backups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
