Purpose and scope<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;T&#8221;) govern the contractual relations between <strong>Akyras<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Akyras&#8221;) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Client&#8221;) using the services offered on the <strong>akyras.fr<\/strong> website.<br\/>Any order or use of a service implies full and complete acceptance of these T<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Description of Services<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akyras offers a SaaS business management solution based on the Dolibarr ERP, enriched with specific modules (&#8220;Akyras overlay&#8221;), including:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Management of quotes, invoices and electronic invoicing (in accordance with the 2026\/2027 reform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of customers, products, stocks and cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrations (bank sync via GoCardless, online payments via Stripe\/PayPal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure multi-site hosting with automated backups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The services are available in several offers:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Akyras Discovery<\/strong> (free for a period of 1 year).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid offers: <strong>Essential, Pro, Premium<\/strong>, described on the akyras.fr website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Account creation and obligations of the Client<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Client must create a nominative account to access the Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client is solely responsible for the confidentiality of his\/her identifiers and the use of his\/her account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any fraudulent or non-compliant use may result in the immediate suspension of the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rates, invoicing and payment<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prices in force are those displayed on the <strong>akyras.fr<\/strong> website, expressed in euros, excluding VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are made via the secure service providers <strong>Stripe<\/strong> (credit card) and <strong>PayPal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akyras does not store any bank data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank sync (via <strong>GoCardless<\/strong>) is not a payment method, but only a bank reconciliation tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscriptions are monthly or annual, with automatic renewal until canceled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Term, Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The contract is concluded for the period chosen by the Client (monthly or annual) and tacitly renewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client may cancel at any time via their customer area or by email (<strong><a>contact@akyras.fr<\/a><\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a serious breach of the Client&#8217;s obligations (e.g. fraud, non-payment), Akyras reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client&#8217;s data is rendered on request in a standard format (CSV, SQL dump).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The software, modules, interfaces, logos, texts and content offered by Akyras remain the exclusive property of Akyras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client retains ownership of its hosted data and content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of Akyras elements is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Availability, security and maintenance<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Akyras implements all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The infrastructure is hosted in the European Union, with data partitioning, encryption and regular backups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akyras cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to third parties (hosting providers, payment providers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Liability and Limitations<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Akyras cannot be held liable for indirect damage (loss of data not saved by the Client, loss of turnover).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akyras&#8217; liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Protection of personal data<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akyras is committed to complying with the regulations in force (GDPR). The processing carried out in the context of the Services is detailed in the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong> accessible on the website. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akyras cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code (generalized Internet outage, natural disaster, massive cyberattack, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
